The universal flush-mounted housing 3/UP

Two becomes one

Since January 2018 LUNOS has had the flexible 3/UP housing in its portfolio. We have succeeded in developing one from the two previous versions (3/UP-R and 3/UP-A).

This plastic flush-mounted housing is equipped with pluggable radial or axial blow-out nozzle and can be used for installation in shaft and lightweight walls as well as suspended ceilings (without fire resistance requirements). Thus, installation is possible with radially inserted discharge sockets to the left, top or right and with axially inserted discharge sockets to the top left, top right, bottom left or bottom right. The non-return valve can be adapted to the installation position by simply repositioning it.

Flush-mounted housing with fire protection

3/UP-BR

Plastic flush-mounted housing with fire protection sheathing for installation in shaft walls with requirements for fire resistance duration, radial outlet.

Suitable for wall mounting, installation of the flush-mounted housing with air outlet to the left, top or right possible, adaptation of the non-return valve to the installation position by turning the insert.

Silvento with fire protection

Information on the technical data

1) Silvento V are fan inserts that still require a flush-mounted or surface-mounted housing.

2) Silvento KL are complete single-pipe fans that are clamped into pre-wall constructions. Silvento KL single-pipe fans fit into the flush-mounted housings of the LUNOS Skalar series.

3) The specified values are achieved at 20°C, 1013hPa and 1.2kg/m3 ambient air density and (unless otherwise specified) are achievable between free-blowing condition and 60 Pa disturbance pressure in accordance with DIN18017-3.

4) When designing the volume flows, please observe the pressure-volume flow characteristics provided by LUNOS and the specifications of the abZ (DIBt approval)

5) Sound power level: The sound power level indicates how "loud" a device is. The value is independent of the distance.

6) Volume flow rate of the ALD-SV with a straight arrangement of the sound attenuation elements.

7) Max. achievable WBG according to EN13141-8 with reference volume flow rate.

8) At 70 % of the maximum volume flow rate, in accordance with ErP Directive, EU Regulation 1254/2014.

9) According to LÜA (test specification) of the DIBt and EN13141-8 max. achievable exhaust air volume flow free-blowing at 20°C and 1013hPa ambient conditions and 1.2kg/m3 ambient air density.
